VyroIQ uses Google Analytics and Firebase-related services for analytics and application functionality, as applicable to the website and mobile applications.
These services may collect technical information, usage events, device information, and interaction data to help us understand how the Services are used and improve their reliability.
4.1 Cookies and similar technologies
Our website's cookie configuration has not yet been fully verified. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies depending on its implementation and settings.
We will describe the actual cookies and similar technologies used by the website in accordance with applicable law. Where consent is required for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will provide an appropriate consent mechanism.
4.2 Analytics preferences
Where supported and legally required, you may be able to manage optional analytics or tracking through available settings, device controls, or consent preferences.
Some technical processing is necessary to provide and secure the Services. Disabling optional analytics should not be represented as disabling every form of technical logging or processing needed to operate the application.
The available opt-out mechanisms depend on the product configuration and applicable law.
5. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Analysis
VyroIQ provides analytical features intended to help players understand their pickleball performance.
These features may calculate performance indicators, identify patterns, or generate insights from shot and session information.
External AI processing: Whether the live VyroIQ product sends personal or performance data to Google Gemini or another external AI provider must be confirmed before publication of this Policy. We will identify any external AI providers, the categories of information shared, the purpose of processing, and relevant retention or training arrangements once verified.
Until that verification is complete, this Policy should not be interpreted as confirming that Gemini receives player data.
If an external AI service is introduced or used to process personal information, we will update the relevant disclosures and obtain any consent or provide any notices required by applicable law.
Our performance insights are intended to support sports training and improvement. They are not a substitute for individualized coaching, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
6. How We Store and Protect Information
VyroIQ uses Hostinger infrastructure for server-side storage and processing of account and session information. Firebase is also used to store or process analytics-related information and support relevant application functionality.
The exact storage location, data flows, backup arrangements, and retention behaviour depend on the configuration of these services.
We take reasonable steps appropriate to the Services to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
Depending on the applicable system and configuration, safeguards may include access restrictions, authentication controls, secure connections, and operational monitoring.
No method of transmission, storage, or electronic processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot promise absolute security, but we will take appropriate steps to manage risks and respond to incidents.
If a personal data breach occurs, we will assess and respond to it in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including any applicable notification obligations.
7. How We Share Personal Information
We do not sell personal information as a business practice.
We may disclose or permit access to personal information in the following circumstances.
7.1 Hosting and technology providers
We use Hostinger, Firebase, Google Analytics, and relevant authentication and infrastructure services to operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
These providers may process information on our behalf or in accordance with their own roles and terms. The information processed depends on the particular service and configuration.
7.2 Payment providers
When you make a purchase, relevant information may be shared with Razorpay, Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play to process payments, validate transactions, manage subscriptions, handle refunds, and prevent fraudulent activity.
The applicable provider's privacy policy and terms may also apply to its processing.
7.3 Legal and security disclosures
We may disclose information where required by applicable law, a valid court order, or another lawful request from a competent authority.
We may also disclose relevant information where legally permitted and reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, address security incidents, protect users, enforce our Terms & Conditions, or establish or defend legal claims.
We will assess the validity and scope of legal requests and limit disclosures where appropriate.
7.4 Business transfers
If VyroIQ undergoes a merger, restructuring, acquisition, or transfer of relevant business assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law.
We will provide notice or seek consent where required.
7.5 No routine sharing of private player analytics
In the current version described in this Policy, we do not provide coaches, teammates, academy administrators, or other players with access to an individual's private performance analytics.
If future features introduce sharing, leaderboards, coaching dashboards, or team analytics, we will update our disclosures and implement appropriate permissions and controls.
8. International Data Transfers
VyroIQ operates from India and serves users in multiple countries. Our hosting, analytics, authentication, and payment providers may process information in locations outside the country in which you reside.
The precise locations in which data is stored or processed depend on the configuration and terms of the relevant providers. We have not yet verified all applicable storage regions and international-transfer arrangements.
Where personal information is transferred across borders, we will take the steps required by applicable law, which may include appropriate contractual safeguards, transfer mechanisms, notices, or consent where required.
For information about the processing performed by a particular service provider, please consult the provider's applicable privacy documentation.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining account records, supporting analytics features, managing purchases, complying with legal obligations, and resolving disputes.
The retention period may differ depending on the category of information and the purpose for which it is used.
When you delete your account, we intend to delete the associated account and user data from our active systems, subject to applicable legal requirements and legitimate retention needs.
However, specific retention periods for technical logs, backups, transaction records, and other records have not yet been formally established. Data may remain in backup systems for a limited period or be retained where required by law, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We will establish and implement a documented retention schedule and update this Policy where necessary.
10. Account Deletion and Your Privacy Rights
You can delete your VyroIQ account using the account-deletion functionality available in the Services.
When an account is deleted, we intend to delete the associated account and user data in accordance with our deletion procedures, subject to legal retention obligations and other lawful exceptions.
Deleting your account may permanently remove your session history, performance analytics, and other associated information. You should export or otherwise preserve any information you need before deletion where the product supports doing so. The current version does not provide a general facility to download personal analytics as a data export.
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Request access to personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- Request deletion of personal information.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Object to or restrict certain processing where such rights apply.
- Opt out of certain marketing communications.
- Raise a complaint with us or a competent data protection authority.
- Exercise additional rights available under the laws applicable to you.
The availability and scope of these rights depend on the applicable law and the circumstances of the request.
How to exercise your rights
You can submit a privacy request through:
Email: info@vyroiq.com
Contact form: https://vyroiq.com/contact
Our team aims to acknowledge or initially respond to requests within 24–48 working hours. This is an initial response target, not a guarantee that every request will be fully resolved within that period. Completion times may vary depending on verification, technical requirements, legal obligations, and the complexity of the request.
We may request reasonable information to verify your identity before disclosing, correcting, or deleting personal information.
11. Children's Privacy
VyroIQ is a sports technology product intended for players of different ages. We anticipate that many users will be teenagers or adults, but age alone is not a reliable indicator of eligibility under every applicable privacy law.
We do not require users to enter their age as part of the profile information described in this Policy. However, the absence of an age field does not remove any legal obligations that may apply to the processing of children's personal information.
Depending on the user's location and applicable law, parental or guardian consent, age-related safeguards, or other requirements may apply.
We will establish and communicate an appropriate minimum-age and consent policy and implement the safeguards required for the markets in which we operate.
Parents or guardians who believe that a child's personal information has been provided to VyroIQ in circumstances that require their involvement may contact us at info@vyroiq.com.
If we determine that information has been collected or processed in violation of applicable requirements, we will take appropriate steps in accordance with the law.
12. Marketing Communications
We may send promotional emails or optional marketing communications about VyroIQ products, features, updates, or offers, subject to applicable law.
You may opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe link where available or by contacting info@vyroiq.com.
Opting out of marketing communications will not prevent us from sending essential communications relating to your account, purchases, security, service operation, or legal obligations.
We will not treat your continued use of the Services as a substitute for any consent required by applicable law for marketing or other processing.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or depend on third-party products and services.
Those third parties may collect or process information under their own privacy policies and terms. VyroIQ does not control the independent privacy practices of third parties.
We encourage you to review the relevant privacy documentation before using an external service or providing information directly to another provider.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our products, data-processing practices, service providers, legal obligations, or security measures.
When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes or obtain consent before implementing them.
We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about our privacy practices.
